Flying Snow Geese (Anser caerulescens)
snow-geese-anser-caerulescens-48676.jpg
A flock of Snow Geese (Anser caerulescens), spooked by a passing Hawk, take flight from a farmers field. Photographed in Tsawwassen, British Columbia, Canada. Delta and Richmond farm fields and wetlands are often a good source of food for the Snow Geese as they migrate from their summer breeding grounds to warmer winter habitat.
