Sunset view from Juniper Point at Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In the background you can see the Grebe Islets, Bowen Island, and the mountain peaks in the Sunshine Coast's Tetrahedron Range. Judging from the cones the tree in the photograph looks to be a stunted Douglas Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) and not a Juniper.
