Western Skunk Cabbage (Lysichiton americanus) flowering in a swampy part of Kelly Lake Park in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Skunk Cabbage have an odor of skunk to attract pollinators and is especially strong when in flower in the early spring. Skunk Cabbage is sometimes referred to as Swamp Lantern.
